the breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

i was not pleased with the late servicing of our room. our room was not serviced until after 4pm each day. this meant we had to leave our room after returning from our days out.

location was super central. it was easy to reach many spots. the team was cute. i remember the restaurant offered great food. breakfast had much variety. our room had everything necessary and it was very clean.

The spa area had a disappointing pool. I think jacuzzi buttons would make it better.

I was somewhat disappointed by the spa. The "pool" needs jacuzzi jets or thermal taps , as it isn't really suited for swimming. The steam room also needs an activation button. These small additions could elevate the spa to a true five-star experience. Also , two complimentary coffee pods daily felt a bit stingy for this kind of hotel.

i found the staff so accomodating. nothing was too much trouble. the garden patio is just perfect for a quiet pre dinner drink. i liked the food in the bistro, it was very good.
